Since summer 2017, the agency network Serviceplan has been operating the “Haus der Kommunikation” within a listed Bauhaus building (the former women’s clinic of Charité) in Berlin-Mitte. In 2023, the event floor on the ground level was redesigned to meet diverse functional and event requirements, including:
Serviceplan team meetings
Tenant gatherings
External events
The event space can be rented out or used for interdisciplinary workshops involving Serviceplan teams and external guests from other companies.
Thanks to a flexible floor plan concept and a variety of multifunctional furniture, the space can be easily and quickly adapted to different needs. Smaller conference rooms are located on the periphery. Several pieces of furniture serve multiple purposes and adapt instead of being replaced.
The overall atmosphere remains professional and is aligned with the Serviceplan Group’s style guide for office environments.
