In 2021/22, the Berlin-based film production company Bonaparte expanded its office space at its headquarters on Brunnenstraße. On the second floor, a previously leased unit—complete with select furnishings left by the former tenant—was integrated into the company’s workspace. A key element of the new interior concept was to elevate these existing objects and seamlessly incorporate them into an independent, cohesive spatial design.

Distinctive elements of the building’s historic architecture were deliberately preserved and thoughtfully combined with contemporary components. The result is a unique ensemble of spaces defined by a clear formal and material language that reflects and reinforces the visual and atmospheric identity of the Bonaparte brand.

For the artistic wall design of selected rooms on the second floor, Berlin-based artist Xuli was once again commissioned—having previously created the film company’s iconic logo.
